Tasting Aroma: Subtle of malt during the fermentation process, smoked notes, mixed with a very fine aroma of dry oak, turning into vanilla-like notes.
Flavor: Smooth in the mouth, silky, slight identity of Mediterranean dried fruits, medium oily and unctuous with medium viscosity, dry, recalls very well the oak wood and smoke of the toasted malt.
